WOW! This looks like the perfect summer drink! Opening my email this afternoon, I found a brand new video for a frozen libation from Cocktail Chemistry Lab, my new favorite drink site!! It is called a ‘Frosé’…a frozen rosé. It is a frozen concoction consisting of rosé wine, Aperol (a bitter Italian liqueur), St. Germaine, Cointreau, fresh lemon juice, and raspberries. So refreshing for this heat.
I might have mentioned how hot it is here in Texas (close to 100 degrees today).We were in Italy once when temperatures were way above average, and an Italian we had just met described it perfectly: “The Hell would not be hotter!” That about sums up how I feel on these extra steamy Texas days…
As for this drink, well, we have company arriving tomorrow…I do believe this will be the perfect cocktail to greet them with upon arrival!!
