It is called a ‘Frosé’…a frozen rosé. It is a frozen concoction consisting of rosé wine, Aperol (a bitter Italian liqueur), St. Germaine, Cointreau, fresh lemon juice, and raspberries. Amalia Cafe on St. Thomas is a special place for me. It’s a Spanish restaurant and one of my favorites on St. Thomas.
